In 1996, I was the Co-ordinator of the Trek Camp which was a 5 consecutive camp,The training style just follow the AYP with training,practice journey and ended with the assessment.The aim of the year wzs self-development and not too much Hard skills other than Safety,Time Management and co-operation as well as follower and leader.A day to day living pattern was the skelton of the project.However,as the President I attended the Oringen at Sweden and the job was passed to So Fae and others.
then....the camp turned out to be 3 day 2 night camp!
As I remember we all are brand new-comer without any experience! In do we do feel that we're being abondoned! BUT we do get great support from those 前輩! we have 齊&rocky 夜探 with care, we have mentor tai to come along with us! although there's great difficulty, we do came across it!

Take a chance to co-ordinate the Trek Camp 06 and serve the age from 6 yrs to 10 yr.

Never stop that is my vision.As I mentioned about the 1996 : 5-Days Regiment is the approach and the training method.For the past 10 years I was involved the Adult Training Wing of the H.K.Adventure Corps amd learning more and more during the training period.So give and take is the Reward from Volunteerism.As for children training.On the coming sunday I will involved in the Parent & Children picnie organized by the New Horizon Training Centre,a journey from Tung Chung to Tai O.

On 12.2.2006 I have to attend the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Adventure Corps at Pak Tam Chung for the new High Event Course.For the past two months I had been at Tai O for more than 6 times yet I prefer to have a leisure walk on the week days,touring around the mangrove area and have a DRAGON BOAT Pudding from Uncle Choi at the old Fire Station as well as the Singapore Noddle from Kam Pui Cafe at Wing On Street.May be have a BBQ at Po Chu Tam when you return to Tai O Home later.
