Hi Ms Tang,

As per to our phone conversation, you are going to ask the Trek camp organizers see they are interested in meeting our Youth Leadership Millennium (Vancouver) and Vision Youth (Toronto) organizers to talk and share ideas.

Suggested time will be:

HKG Sunday 9 to 10 AM
Vancouver Saturday 6 to 7 PM
Toronto Saturday 8 to 9 PM.

Toronto will look into the technical aspects. We can do some testing before the date.

Let us know.

Hi Ken

04 trek camp committee 會與鄧姑安排, 希望於五月尾或六月頭的星期日.
此次交流實屬難得及相信會獲益良多.
聽講加拿大方面會有傳媒報導此事, is right?

Hi Stanley,

We may take a picture of the video conference and do a press release ourselves. Vision Youth and Akin Alliance may do a press release locally as well.

上次幹事會中, 提議視象會議可包裝成於香港出trek camp宣傳時的賣點. 希望此中能增加收生效果.

Please see the information from the Country Park
that they are two different campsites.Nga Ying Kok is a closer location to Tai O and not so remote.
