第3點o既意思o係執委會通過左今年o既"副聯絡"由Vincent(黃永勝)出任。副聯絡必須由"聯絡"提名及由執委會通過，目的o係希望由當選o既聯絡自行找一個合得來的副手。所以老細Gary於第一次會議後就把安排公告天下。其實"副聯絡"的產生在組章也有提及，內容如下：
(5) 聯絡一名負責組內之一切聯絡工作。當選之聯絡可自行任命一位副聯絡並由執委會確認。副聯絡之權利及義務除以下兩點外與其他執委相同：(a)可彈性出籍執委會議。(b)於執委會內沒有投票權。

ic, i think there is confusing between "another 聯絡" and "vice 聯絡" coz i remeber only one 聯絡 was erected that nite. Thanks for your kindly clarification.
