Today,Franco, Sumi and me attended the briefing of the RIMM yet theyn are keeping their shape and have all the green hand to be the Leader.I have talked with Rainbow about Raymond and otheir volunteers who will not be available on the 3/4 March,2006, yet there seems no response from Rainbow on the spot.Solet us receiven more information from Rainbow.
ic. i will make the follow-up with Rainbow of the RIMM.

Raymond, i have asked the co-ordinator of the RIMM. she said they could join if they can gather at Mongkok on that Sat (9pm). i phoned to Irene directly and ask whether they would join the team at 9pm on Sat.
today, i got her reply that they would not join as the volunteers in RIMM 2006.
according to the RIMM co-ordinator, Irene would not have any duty on friday as the duty on friday is really hard.

Raleigh International Mountain Marathon 2006 has been successfully completed. It is all because of the hard work from everyone one of you! Thanks!
Although the weather of this year's race was not fine, all of you were still firmly stood by and be ready in the rain for the participants. We would like to express our heartfelt compliment for your great effort in holding Checker Points. Thank you very very much.
There will be a reunion party in the mid April. Details will be sent out later. Should you have any queries or opinions concerning this event, please kindly send your feedback by replying to rimm@raleigh.org.hk or posting to G/F, Blk J, Ming Wah Dai Ha, No. 7, A Kung Ngam Rd. Shaukeiwan, Hong Kong.

hOW ABOUT THE SITUATION AND ORGANIZATION AT THE CAMPSITE AT SHAM CHUNG.RAY WONG,WOULD YOU SEND ME YOUR ROUTE AND CHECK POINTS.iF TC02 Fei send me your check points and route.Rimm is a good opportunity for yound leaders as the RIMM used to let the youngsters to be a leader.Besides.it is a good chance for the well-prepared volunteers to look for the unknown.See you all in 2007.

Thank you for your help in RIMM 2006
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of Raleigh International Mountain Marathon (RIMM) 2006, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for providing Check Points manpower in RIMM.
With your generous assistance, RIMM2006 was a huge success again and we have received a lot of positive feedback from the participants. Your support and commitment contribute to the smooth running of the event. We hope to maintain a cordial relationship between Raleigh International Hong Kong (RIHK) and Akinalliance.
Since Raleigh International Mountain Marathon is our annual fund-raising event, please feel welcome to send us your thoughts or comments on the arrangement as far as your organization is concerned. 很多菌都很恐怖，己有抗藥性..
自從當天淋雨著涼後,
我不斷咳,染了支氣管炎,
一直咳足兩星期,
不斷食藥、食藥..
到現在仲未好番..

I am very much worse than you, after visiting many times to our family doctor and a "Chinese" dotor, I found no improvement on my cough, which already lasted for 3 weeks! Last Saturday, I went to see another "Chinese" doctor introduced by Ah Chi, and I am getting better in these two days! May be you can try, I think this doctor is very good!
我都病左半日... 好彩星期日果日一回家就吃傷風藥, 星期一返工呆左半日就冇事了~
病向淺中醫啊~

Next time .do come to the same check point with us,you will have red wine ,Tung Sam Kung Soup and other drinks and gurrante thatn you will be in good shape.

但因為個肺傷得厲害，未能做劇烈運動。
