所有義工均要出席由大會安排的義工活動前briefing會.
為保我們社員社友安全起見,

熟悉圖針運用, 能在山野間照顧自己安全,

We need only 15 volunteers for the event,my target will be the partcipants from the TC2004 and hoping to have the contact for future training so as for the coming TC2005.i.e.the ideal pattern :TC2004 - Interest Groups -training - placement ( TC2005 )

如果有把握定向搵到人就無問題, otherwise, 有兩樣野要人就......依家都可以諗! but 定向 must be going on, 而 rimm 就未 reply 嗎!

(maybe no one knows we need to hold an OL competition on that day as no one, big brother lam doesn't mentioned it! same situation as MSF OL in next week, we don't know the exact duties til now.....)
The committee knows about it. There may be someone not take part in the OL competition but in RIMM.
I thin the EC should review the situation, do you wall want to get income form organizing the colour coded event or just helping 國際雷利山頭霸王越野馬拉松2005 without getting any subvention?Sam Wong, what is your position. Are you one of the OL Gp member?

fROM the view of Akinalliance that we should serve the community at large so we can take every opportunity to different aspects,as I mentioned before it is aimed for the future TC2005 and my role is just to stand up in order to regain the sense of Services to the Community to the TC2004 campers.It would not take adverse situation for the recruitment of volunteers for the Colour Code Orienteering Event on 6.3.2005.
Thank you Raymond, I just get the response from Irene and will get on contact with she.I think most the TC2004 recognise me and I have the confidence at atn least 20 TC2004 campers will be recruited for rimm.

Siu Lau rang me up for recruitment as she was the participant for rimm before and she connection with rimm.She also mentioned about the training for the volunteers by the AYP Expedition Instructors for Navigation (Yet I have tendered by services at the AYP Panel meeting but was ignored by the Panel Convenor)It do give me a feeling like a family in Akinalliance.I hereby all the TC2004 campers do take part in the Colour Code Orienteering Event
on 6.3.2005 by Akinalliance or for the rimm.

Just ask for volunteers to assist for the Colour Code by Akinallianced on 6..3.2005 or serve the
RIMM for the week-end on 5/6 March,2005.
I think every volunteers are welcome and we can sought out the admin.problems.I have involved in a lot of organisations yet I do feel good that Akinalliance is a big family everyone should through Akinalliance to serve the community at large.

we do know what we want to do, but the fact is that how can we make it true!
to serve the community is the end product of this issue,
to gather a group of people is the receipe then!
BUT.....what's the process, how can we do to make the case come true!
In my memory, there's some timetable of training plan have been run out long time ago BUT.....neither real program have carried on! We say we have some training step by step.......but
In my experience, you should search for the resources to train yourself up instead of waiting for a chance! (hoping that this situation can be changed) We do know that we need to train the trainer.....but A lesson have been learnt through rejecting by ...... as I understand that we do just saying that.....maybe just a slogan.....

I will be available on Mar 05 afternoon and 06 whole day. Any one of the event is fine for me. Please contact me to join one of the event.
As a member of Akin for more than two decades, and one of the EC member this year. I do understand that Akin has a lot of problems which are not easily be sloved.
Albert and some of the "older" generation, including me, are no longer as energetic as before, nor has enough time to serve Akin. But some "younger" people once we trust, at last turn against and harm Akin.
The problem is we don't have enough supporting staff for orgainizing the colour-coded event. Now I appeal Akin EC to assit in recruit manpower. Otherwise, quit the event may be the outcome. Can AKIN bear such impact?

There will be the Orienteering Event held at Tai Tong,besides we need volunteers for O Event on 6,3,2005.I suggest those who are interested in the O event on 6.3.2005 better have a look at the event on 23.1.2005 so contact Leung Lam or Sophia.For the training for Navigation,you may join the Hiking to Chi Ma Wan on 30.1.2005(Sun)by Akinalliance and I be the leader.Furthermore,I myself will take part in the AYP Gold Assessment during the Chinese New Year,we may have a nice tour on the Lantau Island.Thank you for Raymond's spelling.
