Actually your company is well known to our members. It has been mentioned by someone in this discussion board. I think promotion by referral would be more acceptable here.

I totally agreed with Mr. Chan's opinion. All(not only customers) Customers should compared with both qualities (including standards like CE, UIAA) especially for those climbing and safety products and prices, but not only if the Brands is well known in Hong Kong or not. There are lots of world class brands that are not present in the current market.
Actually, RC is trying to introduce more quality products in reasonable price, thus offering more choices to the expanding outdoor population in HK.
By the way, our BUFO shoes(with full sizes including half sizes) will be arrived in our shop later today. Sorry again for the delay.

網頁內曾多次出現行山裝備的討論﹐內容亦涉及牌子､
價錢及商舖﹐在Ryan Cheng post他的thread之前﹐
已有人轉摘有關資訊﹐內容幾乎一樣﹐只是post的人不同而已。我亦曾回覆網上社員詢問有裝備問題﹐我亦介紹了
一些牌子﹐說了價錢和商店名字。亦有人在網上post一些
裝備製造商的網頁Link。可能各位不覺得以上種種是商業 資訊﹐可是這都是個人主觀判斷﹐人言言殊。
希望幹事會能考慮周詳一些﹐把‘商業性資訊’定義清楚﹐以免大家誤觸禁區。
在此我有感想﹐我們網上既寬容對待不知名人士惡言攻擊﹐
卻視商業性資訊為洪水猛獸﹐我們的思維判斷是否有失平衡。

這是不應在同社CAFE內出現的, 要宣傳是有很多其它途

前題﹕我是ABC店主﹐又是社員或社友﹐代理QWER營﹐但
無代理POIU營。
1 POIU營在香港XX店有售﹐三折﹐又平又正﹐大家去買啦。
2 POIU營在香港XX店有售﹐但我覺得麻麻地啦﹐大家去買要諗下。
各位能判斷我是否在進行商業推廣活動嗎。
其實界定商業性資訊或資料交流是很因難的﹐我想只針對
商業宣傳的實質行為作定義﹐從而限制POST上網比較EFFECTIVE﹐對於資料流通不作任何界定。
建議定義如下﹕
[商業宣傳行為]是指由商業機構或代表商業機構的個人或
組織發出的以利潤為目標的產品及服務推廣行為,包括banner,link﹐圖象﹐影象及文字廣告等一切形式行為。
並建議有關規定應張貼在網上顯注位置。
最後﹐我會將這Thread同時放在小酒吧內﹐因覺得在‘被告’缺席情況下討論有欠公平。
我對幹事會介定商業宣傳行為的決定,在執行上有幾個觀點,
*是否以利潤為目標不是最重要, 重點在(不受歡迎的)宣傳
*如何介定不受歡迎(有投訴)
-是否接獲相當投訴才引例警告跟進(幾多?)
-該規定是否適用於其他不受歡迎之發表
-何否定出可接受的界線,
各社員及社友注意：
於八月的幹事會中，各幹事已表決在現階段同社網站內，不應該有商業性宣傳行為。並授權webmaster一旦發展有這樣行為，向其發出警告，再犯者刪除其網上帳戶。
但如何界定〔商業性宣傳行為〕及〔商業性資訊交流〕會在稍後作出澄清！現階段幹事會已授權webmaster作出判斷。我亦會將各社員及社友的意見向幹事會反映，幹事會亦歡迎各社員在網上或於九月十四日出席幹事會提出意見！多謝！
